Sautech uses the WhatsApp Business Platform to provide operational communications, notifications and system alerts. This may include automated monitoring and uptime notifications generated by Sautech systems.
Information is used only where reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure and support Sautech services; deliver requested communications and notifications; troubleshoot technical problems; and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Sautech does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers and technology platforms where required to deliver the relevant service, including Meta and WhatsApp for WhatsApp Business Platform functionality.
Sautech takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, operational requirements, security requirements, or applicable legal obligations.
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Sautech, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
